Bengaluru - The India MSME Conclave 2025 logo was unveiled today in a grand ceremony, with Karnataka’s Small-Scale Industries Minister, Shri Sharanabasappa Darshanapur, emphasizing the crucial role of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the state’s economic landscape. The event was jointly organized by the Federation of Karnataka Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FKCCI), Karnataka Small Scale Industries Association (KASSIA), and Peenya Industries Association (PIA).

Addressing the gathering, Minister Darshanapur reaffirmed the Karnataka government’s commitment to boosting the MSME sector, recognizing its significance in employment generation and industrial expansion. “MSMEs play a pivotal role in driving Karnataka’s economy. The state government, along with my department, will extend full support to this initiative,” he assured.

The minister also acknowledged the challenges faced by MSMEs, particularly in industrial zones like Peenya, and stressed the need for policy reforms to resolve these issues. “I recently discussed MSME sector developments with the Chief Minister, and a special meeting will soon be convened to address concerns, particularly in industrial hubs like Peenya,” he announced.

During the event, FKCCI President M.G. Balakrishna urged both the state and central governments to extend greater financial and infrastructural support to MSMEs.

The conclave witnessed the presence of FKCCI President  M.G. Balakrishna, KASSIA President M.G. Rajagopal, PIA President  Shivakumar R., and other industry leaders, reaffirming Karnataka’s focus on enhancing MSME growth through collaborative efforts.
