Vaibhav Saxena, IPS, Relieved for Central Deputation to National Investigation Agency

Thiruvanathapuram - In a significant administrative move, the Government of Kerala has relieved Shri Vaibhav Saxena, IPS (KL:2016), currently serving as District Police Chief of Ernakulam Rural, for Central Deputation to the National Investigation Agency (NIA). Saxena has been appointed as Superintendent of Police in NIA on a five-year deputation or until further orders.

The formal approval for his induction was conveyed by the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India.

Hemalatha IPS Takes Charge as New District Police Chief, Ernakulam Rural

Following Saxena’s relieving, the state government appointed Smt. Hemalatha IPS (KL:2017), previously serving as Commandant, Rapid Response and Rescue Force (RRRF), as the new District Police Chief of Ernakulam Rural with immediate effect.

B.V. Vijaya Bharath Reddy IPS Posted as Kasaragod Police Chief

Shri B.V. Vijaya Bharath Reddy IPS (KL:2019), who was holding the position of Deputy Commissioner of Police (Law & Order and Traffic) in Thiruvananthapuram City, has been posted as the new District Police Chief of Kasaragod, filling the existing vacancy.

Farash T IPS Appointed as Deputy Commissioner, Thiruvananthapuram City

In another move, Shri Farash T IPS (KL:2019), currently Superintendent of Police, Special Operations Group, has been transferred and appointed as Deputy Commissioner of Police, Law & Order and Traffic, Thiruvananthapuram City, replacing Bharath Reddy.

Deepak Dhankher IPS Gets Special Operations Group Charge

Completing the reshuffle cycle, Shri Deepak Dhankher IPS (KL:2020), currently serving as Superintendent of Police, Telecom, has been assigned the post of Superintendent of Police, Special Operations Group, vice Shri Farash T.
