Bengaluru - IIM Bengaluru is set to host LAKSHYA 2K24, a prestigious event aimed at fostering collaboration between defence officers and industry leaders. Scheduled for 14th July 2024 from 10 AM to 3 PM at Room No.01, IIM Bengaluru, this year's theme, "Diversity & Future of Work," will bring together over 50 transitioning seasoned defence officers with CXOs and CHROs from various industries.
LAKSHYA 2K24 aims to explore the evolving landscape of work, emphasizing the integration of AI across sectors and the pivotal role military veterans will play in shaping future organizational paradigms. This initiative resonates with IIM Bengaluru's dedication to nation-building and its role as a thought leader in management education.
The Business Management Program for Defence Officers, designed by IIMB and sponsored by DGR, equips transitioning military personnel with the requisite skills to assume leadership roles in global corporations.
