Karnataka Minister MB Patil Urges Japanese Companies to Serve as Investment Ambassadors

Bengaluru - MB Patil, Karnataka's Minister for Large and Medium Industries, has called upon Japanese companies based in the state to act as ambassadors to attract more investments from Japan. This appeal was made during an interaction organized by the Japan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) on Wednesday.

Addressing representatives of Japanese companies operating in Karnataka, Minister Patil highlighted the potential investment opportunities identified during a recent delegation visit to Japan. He emphasized that these opportunities could mutually benefit both regions.

"I urge you to inform other businesses in Japan about Karnataka's industry-friendly policies, the availability of skilled human resources, and our favourable climatic conditions," said Patil. He stressed the importance of leveraging the positive experiences of Japanese companies in Karnataka to encourage further investments.

The Minister's interaction with JCCI underscores Karnataka's commitment to fostering a robust investment environment and strengthening economic ties with Japan.
