IAF Conference Focuses on Improving Quality of Life, Embracing Technology, and Enhancing Base Security

Bengaluru - The HQ Training Command of the Indian Air Force (IAF) convened the Chief Administrative Officers' (C Adm Os) Conference - 2024 on 01 August 2024. The event, held in Bengaluru, aimed to formulate guidelines, address constraints, and explore innovative solutions to critical administrative challenges.

Air Marshal Nagesh Kapoor, Air Officer Commanding-in-Chief (AOC-in-C) Training Command, chaired the conference, which saw the participation of Chief Administrative Officers from various training establishments under the Command. The forum provided an opportunity to discuss and strategize on crucial administrative matters, including works services, organizational issues, security aspects, human resources, education, and accounts.

In his opening address, the AOC-in-C emphasized the crucial roles of the C Adm Os and outlined key objectives for the future. These included improving the quality of life for personnel and their families, embracing cutting-edge technology, creating world-class sports infrastructures, and enhancing base security.
