Hyderabad - Air Chief Marshal AP Singh, Chief of the Air Staff (CAS), delivered an inspiring address to the Higher Defence Management Course (HDMC-20) officers at the College of Defence Management (CDM), underscoring the Indian Air Force (IAF) vision to become a Flexible, Adaptive, Robust, and Economical (FARE) aerospace power. The address aligned with the nation's aspirations for Viksit Bharat 2047, charting a strategic path towards bolstering India's aerospace capabilities across multiple domains.
In his speech, the CAS highlighted the IAF's ongoing transformation through modern platform inductions, emerging technologies, and a self-reliant strategy aimed at achieving strategic autonomy. He emphasized the importance of leveraging indigenous capabilities and collaborative partnerships to maintain air superiority in an evolving geopolitical landscape.

Addressing the gathering of future strategic leaders, Air Chief Marshal Singh stressed the need for the IAF to adopt cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, cyber warfare, and space-based assets to strengthen India's operational readiness.
